摘要	Carpal tunnel syndrome due to mycobacterial infection is unusual. There were three cases treated at our hospital from October, 1990 through March, 1998. All the cases were treated by tenosynovectomy, decompression of medial nerve and immediate antituberculous chemotherapy. After the operation, numbness and pain all subsided. Our experience indicates that high index of suspicion is essential in the diagnosis and proper treatment for carpal tunnel syndrome caused by mycobacterial infection.
