摘要	Pancreatoblastoma (PB), a rare malignancy originating from pancreatic exocrine cells, predominantly affects pediatric patients but is exceptionally rare in adults. We present a case of adult PB presenting with obstructive jaundice secondary to a pancreatic head mass. Despite nonspecific clinical and radiological manifestations, pathological evaluations confirmed the diagnosis. Treatment involved Roux-en-Y cholecystojejunostomy biliary bypass followed by systemic chemotherapy and local radiotherapy due to advanced disease stage with liver metastases. This case highlights the diagnostic challenges and aggressive nature of PB in adults, necessitating interdisciplinary collaboration for optimal management.
