篇名	Brain Abscess at the Site of Hemorrhage: Report of a Case

摘要	Brain abscesses developing at the site of intracerebral hemorrhage are very rare. We report a 78-year-old man who had a left frontal lobe hemorrhage resulting in right hemiparesis. At that time, he also had a urinary tract infection. Three weeks later, his right hemiparesis worsened and motor aphasia developed. Brain MRI and contrastenhanced CT revealed a brain abscess in the same region as the earlier hemorrhage. The patient recovered after drainage of the abscess and treatment with antibiotics. Although very rare, an abscess can develop at the site of an earlier intracerebral hemorrhage.
