| 摘要 |
Meningioma is rare in children, with an incidence of 2.19% in the literature. It tends to grow to a large size rapidly. It can undergo a malignant change and is lijely to recur. However, it very rarely metastasizes outside the central nervous system. Most of these are largely restricted to the malignant subtype. The lung, abdominal viscera, and vertebra are the most common sites of metastasis. We present Sparfanosis, subcutaneous, spirometra a case of malignant meningioma with extracranial metastasis to the lung in a 2-year-old girl. We review the pertinent literature, clinical course, computer tomography, MRI fondings, and the histopathological characteristics. |
