摘要	The surgical training based on the Halstadian model of progressive responsibility based on scientific information has served well in the past. A surgeon’s training consists of basic sciences, cognitive and technical skills, development of clinical knowledge, maturity, and a position of surgical judgment with its application in the clinical practice.
