篇名	Mucinous Cystadenoma of the Cecum Mimicking an Unreduced Intussusception: Report of a case

摘要	A four-month-old female baby was diagnosed to have an unreduced intussusception after a barium enema. At laparotomy, the intussusception was already reduced, but a large cecal tumor was found. Resection of the cecum was performed with an uneventful postoperative course. The pathology revealed mucinous cystadenoma of the cecum. Besides being a rare pathological entity arising from the cecum, this case gives an important implication regarding the management of intussusception caused by a pathologic lead point at the age when idiopathic intussusception is common.
