摘要	Acute compartment syndrome is a well-recognized complication resulting from injuries of the lower legs or forearms. It rarely occurs in the thigh. There have been some reported cases of acute compartment syndrome of the thigh following acute muscle contusion, application of pneumatic anti-shock trousers, pseudoaneurysm, and mechanical compression due to drug overdose. Herein we report three cases of acute compartment syndrome of the thigh due to different etiological mechanisms.
