摘要 |
We report a case of a 70-year-old woman with a history of corrosive esophageal injury treated with colon graft reconstruction 23 years ago. She complained of a recent onset of dysphagia and received an upper digestive tract endoscopic examination. The procedure resulted in the perforation of the colon graft. Thoracoscopic debridement and cervical T-tube esophagostomy were performed, and the patient made a smooth recovery without any complications. This experience suggests that the applocation of video-assisted thoracoscopic debridement and T-tube esophagostomy could be extended to the treatment of previously interposed colon graft perforation. |
