| 摘要 |
Intrahepatic splenosis resulted from splenic rupture or splenic surgery and only a few cases have been reported in the English literature. We report a patient who had a past history of splenectomy for splenic rupture and presented with upper abdominal discomfort and a liver tumor which was once diagnosed as hepatic hemangioma or adenoma preoperatively. The postoperative pathological diagnosis was intrahepatic splenosis. The literature pertaining to intrahepatic splenosis were reviewed and a protocol for managing such a case was proposed. |
