| 摘要 |
Laparoscopic surgery has been widely applied in abdominal operations since the
introduction of laparoscopic cholecystectomy. With improvement in surgeons
techniques and instruments, laparoscopic procedures have become feasible in more
advanced general surgery. Herein we present a successful laparoscopic Roux-en-Y
cystojejunostomy, performed at Veterans General Hospital-Kaohsiung, for a
patient with pancreatic pseudocyst. This patient had a history of heavy drinking, and suffered from upper abdominal discomfort for more than one year. He visited our emergency room due to severe upper abdominal pain with radiation to the back. After serial studies, a pancreatic pseudocyst was diagnosed. He underwent laparoscopic Roux-en-Y cystojejunostomy, and has been well ever since.
Laparoscopic approach can be used to treat pancreatic pseudocysts in some
selected patients. |
