篇名	Neglected Quadriceps Tendon Rupture: A Case Report

摘要	Quadriceps tendon rupture is not a common injury in daily orthopedic practice. Early recognition with early surgical repair gives a better clinical outcome. Though the outcome after delayed diagnosis and repair is considered unsatisfactory in most of the literature; there are some acceptable follow-up results reported after delayed repair of the ruptured quadriceps tendon. We described a patient whose diagnosis was not made until 6 months after the quadriceps tendon was torn. Primary end-to-end repair was accomplished and the 3-year follow-up result was acceptable.
