摘要
Tardy ulnar palsy is a common disease of the upper extremities. The common etiologies of tardy ulnar palsy include impingement and constriction, traumatic
sequel and neoplasms. We report one rare case of tardy ulnar palsy caused by neurofibroma of the ulnar nerve. Initially, excision of main mass was performed after failure of conservative treatment. Because of persistent postoperative phantom pain, total excision of ulnar nerve and sural nerve grafting were performed three months later. However, local recurrence was noted nine months after the second operation. We emphasize the importance of wide resection in this rare disease category.
