摘要 |
Hepatic artery anastomosis complication following liver transplantation causes
significant morbidity and mortality. The authors report the case of a living donor liver transplant (LDLT) recipient who had hepatic artery anastomosis disruption secondary to a perforated duodenal ulcer. Emergent laparotomy was performed successfully: simple closure of the perforated duodenal ulcer with an omentum patch was followed by re-vascularization of the donor hepatic artery using the recipient’s right gastric artery. The patient was uneventfully discharged one month after the operation. There was no late biliary complication due to the sequel of hepatic artery anastomosis disruption. Right gastric artery can be utilized to reconstruct hepatic
artery successfully although its caliber is small. |
