| 摘要 |
We present a case of large angiosarcoma arising from the right atrium, involving the right ventricle. The patient was a 25-yrar-old male, had a one-month history of chest tightness, shortness of breath, and palpitation. An initial attempt for radical excision for the atrial tumor was made at a regional medical unit, but failed. Re-operation was performed at our department 7 days later. The resected tumor measured 9×9×6 cm, and microscopic examination revealed angiosarcoma. Adjunctive radiation therapy was performed. |
