摘要	凹胸之外科治療自1911年Meyer起，皆以手術切除肋軟骨或胸壁組織為主流，如Ravitch術式或胸骨翻轉手術等，直到Donald Nuss在1986年以U形矯正板穿過兩側肋間而將凹陷的胸前壁撐起，（即所謂的納氏手術，Nuss procedure），才正式進入凹胸的微創手術治療時代。該項手術於約1995年由Donald Nuss訪臺而引進，目前台灣已有超過五百多位病人接受過納氏手術。本文僅就漏斗胸外科手術的演進，做一介紹。
