摘要 |
Primary urinary bladder lymphoma is extremely rare, and the most common type is
mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma. The prognosis of primary
MALT lymphoma of the urinary bladder is good. We report an 82-year-old female
patient with presentation of persistent hematuria. One polypoid tumor of the
urinary bladder was found involving the right parametrium and regional lymph
nodes. Urothelial carcinoma was suspected clinically and the correct diagnosis was
made by the pathological examination. Chemotherapy with combined rituximab and
CHOP regimens, then subsequently local radiotherapy, was given and a good
response with nearly complete remission was noted. |
