篇名	Serous Cystadenocarcinoma of the Pancreas with Colon Invasion and Liver Metatsatsis: Report of a Case

摘要	Serous cystic neoplasm of the pancreas is usually thought to be benign in character. Malignant change of the tumor is rare, as in other mucinous cystic neoplasms. We report a serous cystadenocarcinoma with synchronous liver metastasis and transverse colon invasion. Twelve months after total resection of the tumor including liver metastasis and the transverse colon, there was no evidence of recurrence.
