| 摘要 |
Synchronous presentation of breast cancer and composite pheochromocytoma is
quite rare. Breast cancer metastasizing to composite pheochromocytoma is still
rarer. We present a 51 year-old female with low back pain, right hip pain and body
weight loss of 10 kg in a month. The patient was shown to have composite
pheochromocytoma with intratumor metastasis of breast cancer, and there was also
multiple bony mestastases. The patient accepted right adrenalectomy, bone marrow
biopsy and core needle breast biopsy. She recovered well after the operation, and
received combined chemoradiotherapy in later weeks. However, the patient
eventually died of cachexia 16 months later. |
