摘要	Acute appendicitis is a relatively common condition in children. Diagnosis is often difficult in case of atypical clinical manifestations. Here we present a case of abdominal pain with malrotation and paraduodenal hernia. When the patient underwent surgical laparotomy, however, ruptured appendicitis was diagnosed. The post-operative course was uneventful.
