摘要	Leiomyoblastomas of the stomach are rare tumors. Two patients with leiomyoblastoma at the antrum of the stomach are reported. One of the patients presented with a mass, present for six months at the right upper abdomen. Another patient presented with jaundice, epigastric pain and loss of body weight over a two-month period. Endoscopy and upper GI series demonstrated a submucosal tumor with ulcers at antrum. Subtotal gastrectomy were performed for each of these cases. Histopathology of both tumors revealed round cells with vacuolar cytoplasm and showed reactivity for vimentin. The tumors did not recur 8 months and 20 months after surgery, respectively. Gastric leiomyoblastoma must be considered potentially malignant and wide excision of the primary tumor should be performed.
