摘要
A 67-year-old woman presented with acute onset of epigastralgia, hematemesis and an equivocal left upper-abdominal quadrant mass with localized peritonitis 20 years after a subtotal gastrectomy with Billroth II anastomosis. Retrograde jejunogastric intussuscepiton was confirmed by laparotomy. After incision of the intussuscipiens to reduce the intussusception and segmental resection of the efferent loop with end-to-end anastomosis, the patient made an uneventful recovery. No pathological leading point was identified.
