摘要
Female infants with congenital adrenal hyperplasia are born with genitalia which are masculinized in varying degrees. For these patients, medical treatment should include life-long use of mineralocorticoid and glucocorticoid. Surgical treatment can be divided into two parts: clitoroplasty and vaginoplasty. A case is reported of a three year-old girl, a victim of congenital adrenal hyperplasia with severe masculinization and urogenital sinus, who was admitted for surgical intervention of the ambiguous genitalia. Single-stage feminization genitoplasty, including clitoroplasty and vaginoplasty, was performed. The characteristics of this operation are the use of preputial skin to construct the vestibule and the anterior vaginal wall. The cosmetic and functional results for this patient are quite satisfactory. The indications were that this operation could be performed in most female patients of congenital adrenal hyperplasia with urogenital sinus.
