摘要	Actinomycosis of the greater omentum in childhood is extremely rare and difficult to diagnose. A 12-year-old girl with fever and had had a palpable right lower abdominal mass for 1 month. She received surgical excision and penicillin treatment for two months with complete cure. The importance of accurate diagnosis and early treatment is emphasized.
