| 摘要 |
Traumatic intrarenal aneurysm from a blunt injury is a very rare condition. Misdiagnosis could be have lethal results. A 40 year-old, strong, healthy man sustained a blunt injury over the left flank region. During the first month of conservative treatment, several episodes of left flank pain with gross hematuria and impending hypovolemic shock were noted. The intervals between episodes became shorter and shorter. Roentgenologic studies by sonography, CT scan and renal angiography confirmed the existance of an intra-renal aneurysm. After failure of embolotherapy, nephrectomy was performed because of the central location of the aneurysm. |
