摘要	A 51-year-old woman was admitted because of three-degree AV block. Serial coronary angiogram revealed right coronary artery spasm, which is refractory to drug eluting stents and Nitroglycerin infusion. She underwent bilateral cardiac sympathetic denervation with video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery and was discharged on day 26 asymptomatically. Bilateral cardiac sympathetic denervation could be used for patients with symptomatic coronary artery spasm.
