| 摘要 |
A case of abdominal actinomycosis involved in the hepatic flexure of colon mimicking advanced colon cancer is presented. The final diagnosis was based on histological finding of sulfur granules. Clinical and pathological features, barium examination, sonography and computer tomography are demonstrated. Constitutional complaints with a rapidly forming, fixed mass combined with strong suspicion are essentials for diagnosis. Penicillin in a large dose and prolonged course and surgical extirpation remain the preferable treatment for actinomycosis. |
