| 摘要 |
The fibroepithelial polyp is the most common mesodermal tumor of the ureter. It is
important for the urologist to be aware of its benign nature and to offer optimal
treatment with a minimally invasive method for patients, especially who have
compromised renal function. We report a 64-year-old man with a solitary kidney and
a fibroepithelial polyp in the left middle ureter, ureteroscopically resected with
Holmium-YAG laser. Postoperative recovery was smooth. This case is an example
which may help to show that Holmium-YAG laser is a useful alternative tool for
endoscopic resection of ureteral polyp with minimal invasiveness. |
