| 摘要 |
A 68-year-old female patient suffered from epigastralgia for 5 years. Physical
examination did not show any abnormal findings. She underwent panendoscopy with
biopsy, which revealed an ulcer 1.0-cm in diameter at the lesser curvature of the
stomach. The pathologic study showed adenocarcinoma, chronic gastritis, and
infection of Helicobacter pylori. She underwent laparoscopic total gastrectomy. The
final staging for the gastric cancer was TisN0M0. Five months later, she found a
palpable 8X55-cm mass in the left lower quadrant of her abdomen. Abdominal
computed tomography revealed a mass of homogenous density in the mesentery of the
small bowel. She underwent segmental resection of the small bowel. The pathologic
study revealed B-cell lymphoma ( 8.5X8X7cm) in the small bowel mesentery. She
received adjuvant chemotherapy thereafter. Under close surveillance for 4 years, she
had no recurrence of either cancer.
