摘要	All cases in this series underwent operative correction (web excision) with resulting relief of symptoms in all of the patients. It is suggested that when dealing with patients with unexplained recurrent vomiting, careful radio-logical examination of the abnormality is mandatory. Once suspected, prompt endoscopic confirmation and surgical excision will decrease the physiological and psychological morbidities in these patients.
