摘要	Cystic lymphangioma of the spleen is an extremely rare pathologic entity, Two cases are reported here. Echograms demonstrated multiloculated cystic lesions in the intra-abdominal masses, which were identified on computerized tomographic scan (CT scan) as abnormal spleens. The gross and microscopic findings of the excised spleens were characteristic of cystic lymphangioma. The clinical presentations, the findings on diagnostic imaging and the gross and microscopic appearances of the spleens in our patients were remarkably similar. When an enlarged spleen with multicystic appearance is encountered, awareness of the CT scan and sonographic findings may aid in noninvasive, preoperative recognition of cystic lymphangioma.
