篇名	Intralobar Pulmonary Sequestration with High Serum CA 19-9 Levels --- A Case Report

摘要	A 41-year-old male was aceidentally found to have a high serum level of carbohydrate antigen 19-9 (CA 19-9) (806.7 U/ml). A chest radiographic examination revealed an abnormal lesion in the posteroinferior portion of the left hemithorax. A left posterolateral thoracotomy showed intralobar pulmonary sequestration of the left lower lobe, and a left lower lobe lobec-tomy was performed. The serum level of CA 19-9 decreased to normal after that. The relationship between intralobar pulmonary sequestration and serum CA 19-9 is interesting and should be identified in advance.
