摘要 |
A 38-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital with the chief complaints of
abdominal distension and general weakness. She had previously received two
operations and many courses of transcatheter arterial embolization for treatment
of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) in the past 7 years. Laparotomy disclosed a
ruptured metastatic lesion on the peritoneal surface, secondary to HCC. Rupture
of a metastatic lesion of HCC, especially one located on the peritoneal surface, has rarely been reported in the literature. This case indicates that rupture of a
peritoneal metastasis can be one cause of hemoperitoneum in patients with HCC. |
