篇名	Afferent Loop Syndrome Caused by A Duodenal Phytobezoar -- A Case Report

摘要	We present a case of 76 year old male patient who suffered from afferent loop syndrome due to a large duodenal phytobezoar after subtotal gastrectomy with B-II reconstruction. The patient suffered from epigastralgia, abdominal distention and non-bilious vomiting for three days before the admission. Leukocytosis and elevation of the serum GOT. GPT, total billirubin and amylase were noted. Abdominal sonography and CT scan showed a large bezoar in the dilated duodenal loop. He underwent laparotomy to release the obstruction. In the present study, we discuss this case and review the literature related to afferent loop syndrome induced by duodenal bezoar.
