摘要	A 5-year old girl suffered from rectal perforation by an upright faucet when she slipped in the bathtub while engaged in horseplay. After emergent surgery to repair the perforation, the patient recovered without any sequele. The danger of using an upright faucent in the bathtub is stressed.
