摘要 |
Appendectomy for acute appendictis is the most commonly performed emergency operation. Appendiceal tumors, either primary or metastatic, are rare. Acute appendicitis is the most common initial clinical presentation for appendiceal tumors. Pancreatic adenocarcinoma is rare in patients under 30 years of age. We report a case of pancreatic tail adenocarcinoma with appendiceal metastasis which presented as acute appendicitis in a 23-year-old male patient. |
