| 摘要 |
Transanal endoscoic microsurgery (TEM) is indicated for the local treatment of rectal adenoma and early rectal cancer. We report six rectal tumor cases with local excision using the TEM method. There were three invasive carcinomas (pT1=2, pT2=1) which received subsequent radical resection. Residual cancer cells were seen in the pT2 case only. There were neither major complications nor mortality. Two minor complications were noted: temporary anal incontinence and a minor anastomotic line breakdown. |
