摘要	Adrenal myelolipomas are rare nonfunctioning benign tumors that composed of mature adipose tissue and hematopoietic elements. Most of the tumors are asymptomatic and are found incidentally at autopsy. Recent development of radiological techniques which have made incidental finding of the tumor in living individuals increased and converted the treatment principle more conservative. We report an uncommon case of the tumor resevted surgically and review the available literatures.
