篇名	Endoscope Assisted Microsurgery for Lesions in Cerebello-Pontine Angle

摘要	The use of endoscopy has been increasing for surgery of brain & spinal lesions in the last 5 years. Initially, it was used for a case of pediatric ventricular lesion such as hydrocephalus etc; however, it is recently also used for skull base and vascular lesions. The author has applied it for the lesions in the cerebellopontine angle such as petroclival meningioma, acoustic neurinoma, trigeminal neuralgia and hemifacial spasm. It is also used in surgery for craniopharyngioma and pituitary adenoma to see the stalk and hypothalamus more clearly etc. Generally, the application of endoscope has increased very rapidly. Here, the author describes the application of endoscope for the lesions in the cerebellopontine angle.
