摘要	We report a case that experienced painless gross hematuria for one week. Series of examination disclosed only a filling defect in the bladder base by intravenous urography. No fluctuation of blood pressure was observed during surgical intervention. Histological exam nation revealed pheochromocytoma. No tumor recurrence was discovered during 2 year-follow-up.
