摘要	ATwo cases of high imperforate anus treatwith Millard's tow-flap anoplasty were reported. The male infant was 15 months old, the female was twelve months. Colorectal surgeons performed the pull-through procedure. The two-flap anoplasty was used to buld a normal skin-lined anal canal for prevention of frequent anal complications like rectal prolapse, anal stricture, wet bottom and mucosal ectropion. These two cases had been followed up for two years. The function and appearance of the anus were found to be good.
