篇名	Primary Carcinoid Tumor of the Gallbladder:A Case Report and Review of the Literature

摘要	A case of primary carcinoid tumor arising from Hartmann's pounch of the gallbladder is reported. The patient was a 76-year-old woman who complained of a sudden onset of biliary colic. Computerized tomography showed a mass lesion in the gallbladder combined with gallstones. At Japarotomy, a noular lesion was found over the Hartmann's pounch of gallbiadder without surrounding tissue invasion. Several black pieces of gallstones were also noted. Simple cholecystectomy was performed smoothly. Microscopically the tumor appeared as carcinoid tumor and immunohistochemical study revealed positive stain for neuron-specific enolase, synaptophysin and chromogrnin. All English literature in the Medline about gallbladder carcinoid tumours were reviewed.
