Surgery Editorial Board of the organization simply

1. Taiwan Surgical Association will handle the Taiwan Surgical Association magazine (Formosan Journal of Surgery), special set up the Taiwan Surgical Association Editorial Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Committee).
   
   
2. The Committee shall have one as the chairman under the appointment of President from Taiwan Surgical Association. This chairman as director and/or supervisor of editorial office is responsible for handling the business of the Committee. Also, the chairman shall attend the meeting of Association to report of the managements.
   
   
3. The Commission is organized by 15 to 20 members and one deputy editor, recommended by the chairman and agreed by the Surgical Medical Association.
   
   
4. Membership of:
   (1) One has more than 5 years of related surgical department physician at the Medical Center.
   (2) As the attending physician of the surgical related departments for more than 10 years in teaching hospitals.
   (3) Often outside in the magazine of the Council or an internationally renowned medical journal published scientific papers have quite a reputation.
   (4) Often published in the Conference or the International College of Surgeons meeting of this Council report, in surgery, teaching, research, training, a considerable Reputation by
   
   
5. The mandate of the Committee:
   (1) Handling Surgical Medical Association related matters.
   (2) Surgical books edition.
   
   
6. The Committee holds regular meetings convened by the chairman and the ad hoc meetings in necessary.
   
   
7. This compendium according to the provisions of the constitution of Article 25 was adopted by the Council to develop the implementation of the same change.
