| 摘要 |
Angiographic interventions by transarterial embolization with coils and
intravascular placement of a covered stent were performed in two cases presenting
massive bleeding after pancreaticoduodenectomy. The intravascular approach is
minimally-invasive and effective, and moreover, avoids the surgical risk which is
often high in late post- pancreaticoduodenectomy bleeding. Intravascular placement
of a covered stent does, not usually compromise the arterial blood flow to the liver,
and should be a relatively safe alternative in the treatment of postpancreaticoduodenectomy
bleeding. |
